About this role Job Purpose/Background: We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to oversee employment law matters across our operations in India, where we have a growing business and expanding employee base. The role will also provide additional employment legal support to the broader APAC region. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional Lead of Employment Law, the local Legal & Compliance team, Human Resources, and other internal stakeholders on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. These include employee relations issues, employment litigation and legal proceedings, as well as transactional support (e.g., employee transfers in merger scenarios).
