Conagra Brands Reporting to a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a consultative partner to Hiring Managers at one of our manufacturing plants, helping attract and hire qualified talent for highvolume hourly roles across our Supply Chain teams. You will cultivate strong business relationships, understand workforce needs, and manage searches throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. You will also build candidate pipelines to support ongoing staffing demands and contribute to projects that enhance how we attract and engage talent. This role will be onsite at one of the 3 manufacturing plant locations up to 5 days a week: Marshall, MO; Russellville, AR; Jackson, TN.
