General Description The Pricing Supervisor is responsible for preparing compliant and cost competitive price and cost volume responses to requests for proposals and requests for quotes. Develops pricing models and templates. Responsible for overseeing pricing bids prepared by department pricing analysts. Assists with training pricing staff. Hybrid work located in Madison, AL. GENERAL DECRIPTION Prepare documentation for the development of cost proposals. Prepare cost proposals utilizing existing pricing models. DUTIES Provide support to Pricing Team to enable proposals are completed and submitted in accordance with customer requirements and schedules. Work with Subject Matter Experts in the analysis of labor and material Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Develop and maintain pricing files in accordance with USG and company requirements. Assist in creating cost proposal documentation and back up. Create complete small and large scale, multi-year, cost proposals to include labor, materials, travel, subcontract costs, and other direct costs from existing pricing models according to the customers' RFP/RFQ schedule.
