Southern Company Solar SCADA and Controls Specialist This position provides technical leadership, hands on support and analytical services essential to Renewable Solar Plant control systems and associated equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading plant personnel in maintaining and troubleshooting various solar fleet equipment and control systems. These systems include but are not limited to; Power Plant Controllers, Auxiliary Equipment Systems, PV Tracking Systems, Protection Relays, RTAC Controllers, SCADA systems, site Communication Equipment and Networks. This position will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and support necessary to maintain the reliable and efficient operation of the control systems security and asset management at Southern Power Renewables facilities.
