Rogers Corporation Summary: This position is responsible for Industrial Hygiene activities in the USA. The role of the Industrial Hygienist is to ensure that all Occupational Health (IH) related programs for Roger's facilities in the USA are implemented and managed to meet regulatory compliance and Rogers best practice guidelines. This is a corporate role that will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving environmental, health and safety management systems. Essential Functions: Develops, implements, leads, and audits US IH programs and policies. Determines sampling strategy and conducts workplace monitoring to meet regulatory requirements/Rogers' guidance, to help ensure Rogers's employees work in a safe environment.
