Yanfeng International Main Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up on incoming data and documents. Maintain the payroll and HRIS systems with accurate up to date information (employees are assigned correctly in Infor/Fusion). Enter personnel data for new employees and update data for current employees where necessary. Ensure the efficient, correct and timely processing of all location HR information for employees and non-employees. Ensure all personal data is treated as strictly confidential and inaccessible to others. Maintain consistent communication with staffing agency(s) regarding plant staffing needs and/or unsatisfactory performance of temporary staff and/or plant updates. Work with supervisors to ensure policy and procedures are followed in accordance to the Plant Rules. Main contact person for all hourly queries.
