Title: Maintenance Associate Reports To: Maintenance Manager Department: Maintenance Summary of Position: Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks involved in the upkeep of buildings and grounds, including the lodging, retail stores, restaurants and employee housing. This will include landscaping maintenance, handling of recyclables, ensuring cleanliness and appropriate stocking of supplies for all restrooms. Responsibilities: Assist in the diagnosis and repair of minor problems in a variety of areas such as plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, masonry, painting, and waste management systems within established company guidelines.
