Job Summary Under general direction and in compliance with standard operating procedures and policies, assists in designing and implementing the City of Greenville's digital communication strategy through social media platforms. Engages audiences through established channels and identifies emerging opportunities for communication and collaboration. Schedules, creates, edits, and maintains videos, photos, graphics, and written content to support digital media, public information, and outreach functions. Provides analysis on digital media performance and engagement and makes recommendations for improvement.
