Bunge A Day in the Life: Bunge has a unique opportunity for individuals to join the Bunge Operations team as an Operations Leadership Trainee and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to give an understanding of the operations and processes of Bunge's industrial facilities, that could include crushing and refining facilities, grain facilities, or packaging facilities. This role focuses on developing hands-on leadership skills within our plant manufacturing environment, over an 18-month time frame, successful candidates will develop skills and knowledge of Bunge's facilities that will prepare them for various leadership roles within the industrial organization.
