Improves client well-being and functioning by assisting clinical case manager in the coordination of services that support TRAIL clients. Support services include helping clients 1) master an array of needed life skills, 2) to actively participate in community activities, 3) to provide alternative settings and means to explore clinical issues using direct care interventions based on treatment goals and objectives, and 4) conducting assessments including the Casey Life Skills Assessment. The Supervisor for the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Program provides supervision to FFT clinicians and provides senior-level assessment, treatment, and psychoeducational services for the benefit of CTS clients according to the FFT model. The Supervisor also carries a caseload of no more than six cases at a time. The Site Supervisor manages the clinical and administrative needs of the program.
