The Supervisor for the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Program provides supervision to FFT clinicians and provides senior-level assessment, treatment, and psychoeducational services for the benefit of CTS clients according to the FFT model. The Supervisor also carries a caseload of no more than six cases at a time. The Site Supervisor manages the clinical and administrative needs of the program. Model professional behavior, demonstrate rapport-building and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and families and conforms to CTS standards, COA standards and codes of conduct.
