Interviews clients, performs assessment and crisis interventions, creates individual crisis plans and provides case management by making linkage and referrals. Reaches out to post intervention clients to perform follow-up. Responds to crisis outreach immediately and is on-site of the crisis within one hour of receiving crisis outreach call. The Supervisor for the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Program provides supervision to FFT clinicians and provides senior-level assessment, treatment, and psychoeducational services for the benefit of CTS clients according to the FFT model. The Supervisor also carries a caseload of no more than six cases at a time. The Site Supervisor manages the clinical and administrative needs of the program.
