The Nature Conservancy What We Can Achieve Together: The Associate Director of Philanthropy (ADOP) is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of corporate donors and building productive relationships with them on behalf of The Nature Conservancy (TNC). The ADOP will be responsible for 70 - 90 strategic moves during a year, including submitting 10-20 letters of intent, requests for proposals, and/or grant applications annually.
