JOB SUMMARY The Payroll and Benefits Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and employee benefits administration for the LPGA and its subsidiaries. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and have access to competitive benefits, contributing to positive employee experience and organizational compliance. Responsibilities include managing bi-weekly multi-state payroll; coordinating payroll for Korea and Singapore employees with payroll vendors; administering health and welfare programs, retirement plans, and leave policies; and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. The position reports to the VP of Talent Management and partners closely with Finance, People and Culture, and external vendors.
