This role works closely with the development team to plan, implement, and coordinate effective multi-year strategies and plans for Dallas area gift prospects, focused on individual giving, but may include some corporate and foundation giving. The Associate Director of Development will join a high-performing fundraising team of 10+ professionals that cover major and principal gifts, foundations and corporations, loyal donor, and estate planning in Texas with annual fundraising results in excess of $16 million.
