Baker Hughes Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities Provide technical expertise in subsea and deepwater Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems, developing solutions for configuration, performance estimation, and economic analysis during the pre-ITO (Inquiry-to-Order) phase while collaborating with the commercial team. Design high-complexity ESP systems using proven technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Possess a deep understanding of ESP system architecture. Possess a deep understanding of subsea and deepwater production markets and customer economic drivers to support winning bid strategies. Conduct ITO technical analysis, including: Assessing client needs and defining optimized product solutions.
