The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for maintenance, repair, major renovation and energy maintenance in existing buildings and facilities. This position provides various types of assistance to Facility Maintenance Technicians and Coordinators. This includes assisting with all types of maintenance and repairs at City facilities, acting as a safety observer, delivering parts/equipment to repair shops, making parts runs for jobs, cleaning maintenance and mechanical spaces, etc. The position is also expected to attend training as directed to become qualified for Facilities Maintenance Technician I positions.
