The UNC Division of Hematology is seeking an inpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to function as a float between the malignant hematology APP service and the bone marrow transplant/cellular therapy service. The principal responsibility of the APP is to evaluate and treat the medical management of patients with hematologic malignancies including those on clinical trials. As part of their clinical practice, the APP will admit, discharge, and perform procedures, including but not limited to bone marrow biopsies, lumbar punctures, and skin biopsies. The work schedule includes 4 shifts a week, totaling 40 hours with minimal weekend and holiday coverage.
