PaR Systems Summary/Objective This position directs the activities of the employees on the manufacturing floor and ensures the safety of the manufacturing employees. This position also manages the production work schedule to ensure that products are manufactured to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. With this role, Jered will be implementing a new weekend shift operation. As part of that implementation and transition, the selected candidate will initially be onboarded and trained during the first 60-90 days, and then help recruit and implement second shift operations in the next 90-180 days.
