Risk Management Specialist
Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the Risk Services Division office. These duties include personally receiving customer complaints, concerns, and pulling daily property damage claims that are created by the customer call centers. These claims are then documented onto Risk Services claims forms and routed to appropriate personnel for handling. Serve as a source of information regarding departmental processes and maintain the RiskMaster (RMX) claims and litigation database for the Division.
Minimum Job Requirements
High school diploma required, 2-year degree preferred
At least 3 years in an administrative position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint). Experience with CSS, RMX, and Business Intelligence report writing preferred.
