Aledade Working in the Office of the CEO and reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives, the Manager of Strategic Initiatives will support high-priority transformation initiatives, to aid in Aledade's performance and growth. This role will contribute to the scaling and maturation of Aledade's delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, which is Aledade's priority transformation initiative in 2025 and 2026. The hire will manage and drive projects spanning tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations.
