The Content Strategy Manager - Taxonomy will lead UX and efficiency-driven taxonomy deisgn that reflects how internal teams and agency partners create and distribute content to enable reuse and consistency. This is a fully remote role, working 40 hours/week for approx. 16 weeks. ROLE OBJECTIVES Lead UX-driven taxonomy design aligned to priority journeys and real content supply chain workflows. Ensure the model supports reuse, consistency, analytics, and downstream personalization. Provide inputs to metadata and governance, coordinate tightly with Claravine operationalization led by MarTech SME. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Create tagging standards: rules, examples for priority content types, and disambiguation guidance. Lead discovery focused on taxonomy: interview stakeholders, review existing tags/navigation, identify gaps and duplication. Design and augment the taxonomy: define hierarchy, facets, definitions, synonyms, and naming conventions....
