Land O'Lakes Lead Warehouse Operator Pay: $26.95 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 1st Shift; M-F 7:00AM to 3:00PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You will be a "go-to" person that oversees the warehouse operations and supports the location manager as needed. You'll lead warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed.
