POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for identifying and optimizing opportunities to improve maintenance and operational practices with a focus on quality and efficiency at the Pinto Valley Mine site. This maintenance professional also plays a key role in leading the standardization of lubrication practices and monitoring short term downtimes by using technical knowledge and innovative approaches. POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for identifying and managing potential business risks to the mine site operation, as well as developing equipment maintenance strategies for the Pinto Valley Mine. This reliability professional also plays a key role in leading diverse defect elimination and improvement programs by identifying, scoping, managing and monitoring plans to completion by using innovative and effective engineering approaches.
