Rogers Corporation Summary: This role is responsible for providing day to day engineering support by creating, maintaining, troubleshooting and improving processes. Essential Functions: Support engineering by providing technical assistance and solutions when problems are encountered in Research and Development. Ensure that electrical, mechanical, and metrology equipment and fixtures are kept in good working order. Maintain/repair as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. Improve testing procedures and document best practices. Perform training as needed. Conduct and participate in measurement variation and alignment studies. Utilize document control and design control systems. Ensure that the labs have the appropriate inventory of consumable items. Procure as needed. Other duties as assigned.
