Nextracker Job Description: The Senior Director of Corporate Development will serve as a key leader in Nextpower's growth strategy, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments. This individual will work cross-functionally with executive leadership, finance, legal, product, engineering, and operations teams to identify, evaluate, and execute inorganic growth opportunities.
