We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Sales to lead, scale, and operationalize VelocityEHS’ go-to-market strategy. This role expands beyond frontline leadership to include strategic ownership of revenue growth, multi team leadership, long range planning, and cross departmental alignment at the executive level. The Senior Director of Sales will report directly to the VP of Sales and will serve as a key contributor in shaping corporate revenue strategy, optimizing organizational design, and ensuring sustained performance across multiple sales teams. This is a remote position with approximately 10 to 20% travel for customer engagements, tradeshows, leadership summits, and strategic planning sessions.
