Lincoln Property Company The Chief Engineer leads the Engineering team and oversees all building maintenance, repair, and operations to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction, safety, and building efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Monitor building energy usage and ensure efficient operations.
