Lincoln Property Company Under close supervision, the Lease Administrator handles the routine and daily work of the lease administration department. Interfaces with other offices, disciplines and clients to relieve the Leasing Manager of administrative detail relating to lease information. Responsibilities: Prepare and/or edit lease abstracts for accuracy. Verify and transfer data from paper/electronic formats into database systems Update existing data Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Establish contacts and maintain relationships within the portfolio including property managers, accounting personnel, area managers, clients, and vendors. Verbal and written communication with client, landlords, legal counsel and other related vendors. Participate in team meetings and assist in the preparation of individual annual goals.
