PhRMA Overview The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) is seeking an internship candidate to support IT Department initiatives, activities, and priorities. The Intern will broadly assist members of the IT Department in providing IT support to other departments within PhRMA and work closely with multiple teams. The successful candidate will gain experience in a wide range of issues. Examples include assisting with the rollout of Windows 11 upgrades to Lenovo laptops, adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI technologies, and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with helpful guides and knowledge base articles based on historical ticket analysis.
