Job Title: Mobile Support Technician Duration: 12-month contract Role type: W2 contract engagement Location: Troy, MI Job Description: Our client's Mobile team supports over 13,500 iPhones and 2500 iPads. Mobile team members are responsible for deploying, troubleshooting, and rebuilding iOS devices. Knowledge of iOS is required and any Mobile Device Management services such as InTune or Airwatch is preferred. Mobile devices are throughout the Hospitals and Ambulatory sites so travel between the buildings for in-person support is necessary.
