JOB DESCRIPTION The Mgr. Damage is responsible for overseeing all damage processes in Airport and Off-Airport Operations for their respective areas of responsibility. They will report to the Sr Damage Resource Managers and provide oversight for all damage processes to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate damage logging, tracking, and collections. They will spend their day performing damage research and follow up to ensure that we have the proper processes, documentation, and system information to meet repair and collections expectations. For their geography they will be the day-to-day point of contact, fielding calls and inquiries, for the damage process at Hertz.
