Southern Company Technician, Sr. I&C - Chattahoochee Hydro Group This position will provide support to maintain control systems and associated equipment (electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic) necessary in the operation of hydroelectric power plants. These systems include digital/analog controls, power circuits, control devices on plant equipment outside of the plant control room as well as instrumentation in the control room, and protective relaying. This position also requires the ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and update the plant supervisory control and data acquisition system. This position also manages the inventory of parts and supplies for the plant for the I&C Department. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate flexibility and the willingness to perform other duties assisting other crafts.
