POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for primarily providing technical training to internal and external customers on Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC (METUS) products and systems offered and related software packages. Responsibilities include in-house and on-site customer instruction. The Technical Instructor will have personal interaction with various levels of customers ranging from dealer/distributor owner/president to engineer to contractor/service mechanic on a daily basis.
