Summary of Position: Responsible for assisting the Maintenance team in performing a variety of basic skills involved in the upkeep of buildings and grounds, including lodging, retail stores, restaurants and housing. Responsibilities: • Receive and complete work orders, in a timely and efficient manner, as required by Maintenance Department policies and procedures.
