The Clinician will serve as a liaison between the program and the family to provide assessment, intervention, and treatment planning to the youth. Individual and family therapy is provided, along with safety planning, facilitation of a multidisciplinary team, and systemic consultation. The clinician will complete documentation in electronic health records consistent with state and program guidelines. On call responsibilities are shared to ensure timely telephonic and in person response to crisis and daily clinical triage support is available. Clinician works directly with program staff and as part of the clinical team to ensure the needs of the youth and family are met. The Assertive Community Treatment program serves youth ages 5-20 in Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
