Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston Position Summary: The Teen Education Coordinator ensures appropriate and effective academic programs are developed, implemented, and evaluated for members ages 13 to 18. The Teen Education Coordinator is responsible for serving and advocating for all club members by providing high yield and targeted in the areas of homework help and core content programming. Major responsibility is to serve as an advisor and/or mentor to members, in order to support the completion of the Life after the Club components. Additional responsibilities include the oversight of assigned program staff and program budget.
