Repligen Overview The Senior Manager, Finance Operations will be based in the Clifton Park facility and will provide strategic and tactical financial leadership, with a small team, for multiple manufacturing sites (Clifton Park, Hopkinton, Waterford, Shrewsberry). This position will be managing all aspects of the manufacturing sites financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while collaborating with plant leadership to optimize costs and improve operational performance. This leader will support factory operations as a day-to-day finance support, while attending Gemba walks, site tier meetings, and Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement; support ongoing factory operations with reporting, variance analysis, and problem-solving; drive improvements to factory operations & profits; help prepare forecasts and budgets for the factory; and ensure inventory and related cost of sales are accurately stated for the respective manufacturing sites.
