Southern Company JOB SUMMARY This position will provide project management, data reporting and analytics support for Inventory Control and Materials Management for Generation. Chapter 13 of the Generation playbook establishes the guidance and consistency to be followed. Employee will be Responsible for development, implementation reporting, and monitoring ofstrategic inventory initiatives such as Inventory Optimization, Parts Sharing and Technology deployment in supportof established goals for Inventory Management and Warehouse operations. This position will be responsible working closely with site Team leads, Materials Specialists, Warehouse Operations Managers, Category Managers and System Owners, to ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the best value while balancing risk and investment.
