Repligen Overview The Manufacturing Lead plays a critical role in the success of Repligen's manufacturing operations. This position provides day-to-day leadership and hands-on technical expertise to all production teams, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency standards are consistently met or exceeded.
