Conagra Brands Job Summary Reporting to the Plant Manager at our St. Elmo, Illinois manufacturing facility, local producers of Wish Bone, Log Cabin, Mrs. Butterworth, Open Pit and more, you will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System (CPS) to ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by identifying and prioritizing loss opportunities. You will lead the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non-value-added activities and advancing a culture of continuous improvement.
