Land O'Lakes Manufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading both the production and sanitation process and team comprised of up to 15hourly associates with the goal of creating a strong safety culture, positive employee relations & engagement and consistency throughout each of the teams. Hours: 9 PM - 7 AM Monday-Thursday, and Day Shift on Saturdays. This role may require flexibility or holidays as needed. Experience-Education (Required): Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or related field with 2+ years experience of food/pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
