JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description The Assistant General Counsel, Finance & Treasury (the “AGC”) is responsible for providing legal support to critical teams across the Company, including by providing support to the Treasury team on financing and banking matters for the Company and its subsidiaries. The AGC will provide support to other teams including Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Tax teams. This full-time position reports to the Vice President, Chief Counsel, Finance & Governance and is based in Estero, FL or Atlanta, GA.
