Duties require ability to exercise discretion, high attention to detail, strong follow up and use of judgment and initiative. This includes working knowledge and/or experience of the auto industry, vehicle repossession/disposition, business or real estate lending or asset disposition, and/or collection/recovery legal industry practice and processes required.
