Job Summary Under limited direction and in compliance with technical, administrative, regulatory, or professional standards and guidelines, develops, implements, and administers city-wide comprehensive risk management program. Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks that could adversely affect City operations, assets, employees, or the public. Provides strategic oversight of liability, property, casualty, and workers' compensation insurance programs; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations; and develops policies to minimize exposure to loss.
