First Horizon National Corporation Location: Summary The Centralized Commercial Lending – New Money Team is searching for a Commercial Underwriting Sr responsible for evaluating business loan applications based on established Bank policies and procedures as well as prudent lending practices. Candidate will evaluate the merits of a new money loan request in the $1MM-$5MM range of total exposure, and either recommend a decision to a senior officer or use their own authority to decision the application. Essential Duties and Responsibilites: Review cash flows and Moody’s CreditLens spreads, prepared by the Credit Analyst, to conduct in-depth analyses of financial information to form a recommendation of approval or denial of new loans in accordance with the Bank’s policy and procedures.
