Open Systems Technologies Corporation OST is hiring a Sr. Program Analyst (R&D) with experience Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) inputs to provide support for the Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and will be onsite in Springfield, VA. The position shall support NGA Research’s mission to be a premier R&D organization with the unique focus of leading GEOINT research. NGA Research is responsible for performing scientific research and transitioning innovative concepts and capabilities to solve NGA, NSG, Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG), IC, and DoD hard problems.
