Team Overview: Reverse Logistics - this person will work offline return business supporting account managers, customers directly, troubleshooting issues, tactical work from ops perspective, resolving problems.. They are working on automation. Task Breakdown : Troubleshoot of tickets, problem solving, account support, calls and emails with retailers, managing return merchandise authorization. Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
