Our client is looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Research & Insights Specialist to join their team, onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Malvern, PA. The CX Research & Insights Specialist plays a critical role in shaping how client and customer insights are discovered, shared, and activated across the organization. This is a handson research position designed for someone who wants to grow into a function building role over time.
