Wabtec Job Description The Sr. Human Resources Manager for Wabtec's Fort Worth Locomotive Manufacturing Facility serves as a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for delivering full-spectrum HR support to both hourly and salaried employees. This role supports a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment with direct responsibility/oversight for employee relations, performance management, training, administration, staffing, and HR project execution across a large 2-shift operation and a diverse workforce. The Sr. HR Manager will be a member of the Plant Staff/Leadership Team and partner closely with site leadership and broader HR teams to drive an engaged culture, ensure compliance, enhance workforce capabilities, and enable operational success.
